The fastest way to reach us is email. We read everything; corrections to figures get priority, because a calculator and a guide that disagree is exactly the kind of bug this site exists to avoid.

Please include the page address and the figures involved if you are reporting a number. If you are checking a value before selling gold, tell us the weight, the karat (or the hallmark stamp) and the spot price you used — we can usually spot where two calculations diverged.
What we can and cannot help with
- Yes: how a figure on this site was calculated, a conversion you want checked, a guide you would like us to write.
- No: we cannot value a specific item from a photograph, recommend a buyer or seller, or advise whether to buy or sell gold. For an item valuation, a reputable local jeweller with a testing kit will always beat an email.
We aim to reply within a few working days. GoldCue has no phone number and no social-media inbox — email is the one channel we monitor, so nothing gets lost.
